The step-by-step procedural approach and the inclusion of a statement of what the results should be make these demonstrations rather than experiments. Nonetheless, they are interesting and most of them can be done by youngsters at home. The book will be especially useful to teachers looking for ideas that can be adapted as hands-on activities.
